Communications and Marketing Emails By registering for a free account on the Website, You acknowledge and agree that:
You will receive email communications from YSBR, including but not limited to newsletters, editorial content, industry updates, promotional materials, partner offers, and marketing messages. These communications are a condition of your free access to YSBR content. Communications may include sponsored content and offers from third-party advertisers and brand partners. The Investor Marketplace The Investor Marketplace is a private, gated environment in which youth sports organizations may indicate their interest in being contacted by potential investors, and in which investors who have been vetted and admitted by YSBR may view participating organizations. YSBR’s role is limited to:
- Reviewing applications from investors and admitting those who meet YSBR’s vetting criteria;
- Hosting profile information that organizations voluntarily provide;
- Optionally facilitating an initial introduction at the request of either party.
YSBR does not:
Provide investment recommendations or advice; Verify the financial condition, business prospects, or legal status of any organization listed on the Marketplace; Endorse, qualify, or guarantee any investor’s intentions, conduct, or capabilities beyond the initial admission review; Negotiate, structure, document, or take any fee or compensation tied to any investment, financing transaction, or capital event between users; Serve as an agent or representative of either party in any deal or communication.
Any communications, transactions, or relationships between organizations and investors are solely between those parties. Each party is responsible for its own due diligence and for engaging qualified legal, tax, and financial counsel.
Investor Conduct. Investors admitted to the Investor Marketplace agree:
To use information available through the Marketplace solely for evaluating and initiating contact with organizations of interest; Not to redistribute, publish, scrape, or share organization information outside their firm; Not to misrepresent themselves, their firm, or the nature of any inquiry; To conduct outreach to organizations professionally and in good faith; That YSBR may suspend or revoke Marketplace access at any time, with or without cause.
Proprietary Rights The YSBR logos and trademarks, as well as other marks, service marks, trade names, trademarks, and logos on this Website and Services are the property of YSBR or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, copy, or manipulate such logos in any manner without the prior written consent of YSBR or the owner.
The entire contents of the Website and Services, including text, images, photographs, video, illustrations, graphics, data, information, and software (collectively, “Content”) are subject to copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights or licenses held by YSBR or by third parties who have licensed their rights to YSBR. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the US and international copyright laws and YSBR owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such law, the copyright in the arrangement, coordination, enhancement, and selection of such Content and the Website.
