KemperSports, a leader in golf, sports, entertainment, and hospitality, has been chosen to manage the upcoming Williamsburg Sports & Events Center in Williamsburg, Virginia. The Historic Triangle Recreational Facilities Authority (HTRFA), a partnership between Williamsburg, James City County, and York County, selected KemperSports for its proven excellence in hospitality.
Opening in 2026: A World-Class Indoor Sports Center Set to open in 2026, the Williamsburg Sports & Events Center aims to be a top-tier destination for youth sports tournaments and events. Additionally, it will serve as a vital recreational resource for the local community. KemperSports Venues, a specialized division, will strive to deliver an unparalleled indoor sports center experience.
Facilities and Amenities The 200,000+ square-foot recreation space will feature:
- 12 basketball courts (convertible to 24 volleyball or 36 pickleball courts)
- Conversion turf for 1 full-size football field or 6 five-vs-five soccer fields
- Climbing wall
- Meeting spaces
- Food and beverage areas
