Key Takeaways
- Producers behind the more than 1,600 events Team Travel Source houses each year can now see live room block inventory in one dashboard.
- A new Availability tab tracks inventory by contracted room night, and public, private and complimentary blocks can now be managed separately.
- EventPipe, a cloud hotel booking software company, co-developed the upgrade using feedback from TTS event producer partners.
- TTS will host a live webinar in October with a guided tour of the new dashboard features.
Team Travel Source (TTS), a Louisville, Kentucky-based youth sports tournament housing company, launched an upgraded EventPipe Event Producer Dashboard on September 24, 2026. The upgrade gives event organizers real-time room block availability, expanded reporting and mobile access. TTS built it in collaboration with hotel booking software provider EventPipe. The company says it books more than 1 million room nights a year across more than 1,600 annual events.
What Changed in the EventPipe Event Producer Dashboard
According to the company announcement, the upgrade covers seven areas. The main view now puts three room block metrics side by side: peak rooms contracted, peak rooms available and total room nights available.
A new Availability tab shows inventory by contracted room night as it changes. Organizers can also view and manage public, private and complimentary room blocks separately instead of as a single pool.
Reporting has been expanded as well. Per the release, exports now include group block details and the reservation information tied to them.
The remaining updates cover usability: new search, filtering and sorting tools, direct navigation between the dashboard and event booking sites, and a mobile-friendly interface for organizers working on-site or traveling between venues.
“Working closely with EventPipe, we were able to reimagine the Event Producer Dashboard and introduce powerful new tools that give organizers the information they need, exactly when they need it,” said Kelley Roberts, CEO and Partner of Team Travel Source.

How Big Is Team Travel Source’s Youth Sports Tournament Housing Business?
TTS was founded in 2012 and describes itself as the leader in youth sports tournament housing. The company says it has partnered with more than 200 tournament companies and books more than 1 million room nights each year. It also says it has raised housing revenue for its partners by an average of 20%.
TTS organizes its work by sport, with dedicated teams managing housing for each one. The company positions the dashboard upgrade as a way to help organizers maximize room block performance. That metric carries weight for producers whose events rely on filled hotel blocks.
Producer Feedback Shaped the EventPipe Rebuild
EventPipe sells cloud software for the full event hotel booking lifecycle, from RFPs and contracts to inventory management and reconciliation. Its customers include sports housing companies, event producers, meeting planners and convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs), according to the company. EventPipe also offers live hotel inventory tools that capture reservations made after a block closes and power standalone booking sites.
Scott Villemain, Product Manager at EventPipe, said TTS and its event producer partners helped redesign the portal around one priority. “Real-time housing information that keeps every participant’s trip running smoothly,” he said, is what event producers need most.
An October Webinar Puts the Availability Tab in Producers’ Hands
TTS will host a live webinar in October with a guided tour of the upgraded dashboard. Registration details will go to partners in the coming weeks, per the release. Organizers who want a walkthrough sooner can request a demo through sales@teamtravelsource.com. The release did not say whether the upgrade carries any added cost for the more than 200 tournament companies already using TTS.
